Despite the fact that this blog seems to shine a spotlight on me, the whole point of the blog is not really about me.  Well maybe just a little bit…

I created this blog as a free space to express myself (that’s the me part) but also—and more importantly—I created it as a place to share some of myself with you.  It’s still not a “me” thing though.  You see, I think I have a lot of beautiful things to share.  Things that are quickly becoming long-gone and/or forgotten, trivialized, or marginalized.

I want to share these things with you, because I want you to enjoy them, too.  I want you to enjoy them with me.  Not because they come from me, just because they’re beautiful.
